The PENN Regiment II Inner Boat is part of a new generation of extremely light yet powerful rods. They are intended for fishing with monofilament and braided fishing lines and make every fish life difficult. The new SLS3 blank construction is the basis for a blank with a very small diameter and thus for a generally smaller and lighter rod, which is more ergonomic in the hand. This rod is delivered in a Cordura transport tube.
