The CF5 hand flare (the successor to the red CF3 and CF4 by Pyropol), approved according to SOLAS/MED/USCG standards, was developed to withstand even exceptional environmental conditions and to ensure reliable operation even after immersion in water.

The hand flare is ignited using a pull igniter, ensuring safe and easy handling. It burns without dripping for 60 seconds at a luminous intensity of 15,000 candela. Thanks to its bright red flame and very high light output, the signal provides excellent position marking even during daylight.

Once activated, the hand flare continues to burn even underwater.

Application:
An emergency signal for precise position marking, suitable for use during the day or at night. Required equipment for lifeboats and life rafts carried on board. Recommended for all types of watercraft, both professional and recreational.
